We mostly update bathrooms providing all trades required satisfying applicable codes and the customers expectations. Often we remove old dated trims and flooring installing the newest flooring products. Many customers have given us a completely unfinished space and ask us to install a bathroom, bedrooms and living area. These builds all met the Codes with updated material and fixtures.

We do not require deposits, invoices are issued when tasks are completed payment is due upon receipt.
